Decades of Roofing and Waterproofing Experience
Premier Roofing & Waterproofing was founded in 2005 by Scott Kramlich, whose roofing career began in 1985. Today, Scott works alongside his three sons, Trevor, Dustin, and Nicholas, who are part of the company’s management team. Together, they continue Premier’s family-owned and operated approach to providing dependable commercial roofing and waterproofing services.
Scott worked his way from roofing apprentice to journeyman and foreman, gaining extensive field experience before moving into management. His experience includes waterproofing projects for Microsoft, Boeing, and Nike’s headquarters. As a branch manager for CentiMark, he doubled the size of his branch office and received the company’s Branch of the Year award.
That combination of hands-on field knowledge, business management experience, and family involvement continues to shape Premier’s approach: understand the customer’s needs, recommend the right solution, and complete the work with attention to quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
